IDEP is a local Indonesian NGO that develops and delivers training, community programs and media about sustainable development. IDEP deliver training in local communities and schools as well as to government and non-government organizations. Their extensive media include films, educational resources, booklets, manuals, board games, kids’ activity books, and awareness-raising media such as posters and campaigns.

The Ford Foundation Indonesia’s main goal is to create economic opportunity and offer increased access and participation in local governance for poor and socially marginalized communities.

Empowering marginalized groups by helping them to gain a stronger voice and a greater say in local decision making is essential to breaking old patterns of social exclusion and new patterns of economic disparity.

The International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) is an independent organization whose mission is to protect the lives and dignity of victims of war and internal violence, and to provide them with assistance. It directs and coordinates the international relief activities conducted by the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement in situations of relief.

Oxfam Indonesia is a development and relief agency that helps people worldwide in the struggle against poverty. In Indonesia, Oxfam works directly with communities and partners in three major areas: improving the livelihoods of small-scale farmers and labourers; disaster relief and preparedness; and helping to shape government policies in favour of poor people and minorities.
